Common questions

Do I need to know how to code? +
No. TradePilot is entirely no-code. Connect TastyTrade, pick a strategy, set risk params, turn trading on. Custom TradingView signals require creating alerts in TradingView — no Pine Script knowledge needed.
Is my TastyTrade account safe? +
Yes. We use OAuth — same standard as "Login with Google." You authorize on TastyTrade's own website and we receive a secure token. Your password never touches our servers. Revoke access from TastyTrade any time.
What happens if a trade goes wrong? +
Every trade has a hard stop loss (default 40% of premium). The kill switch blocks new trades when daily loss limit is hit. All positions force-close at 3:44 PM ET — no 0DTE held overnight, ever.
Can I use my own TradingView strategy? +
Yes. Every account gets a personal webhook URL. Add it to any TradingView alert and TradePilot executes with your risk settings applied. Your signals, TradePilot's execution.
What brokers are supported? +
TastyTrade at launch via secure OAuth. Additional brokers coming — contact us if you trade on a specific platform and we'll prioritize it.
Can I cancel? +
Yes, any time from the billing page. Active until end of billing period. Cancel during trial and you are never charged.
