PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains how TradePilot Labs LLC ("TradePilot," "we," "us")
collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the TradePilot
service (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
(a) Account information: your name, email address, and a securely hashed
password. We do not store your password in plain text.
(b) Brokerage connection data: when you connect a brokerage account, we store
the authorization tokens (access/refresh tokens) and your brokerage
account number needed to place and manage trades on your behalf.
Authorization credentials are encrypted at rest. You may disconnect your
brokerage at any time, which removes these credentials.
(c) Trading & configuration data: your settings, risk parameters, strategy
selections, the signals routed to you, and your resulting orders/trades.
(d) Usage & device data: IP address, browser/user-agent, timestamps, and log
data generated when you use the Service (including records of your
acceptance of our legal agreements).
(e) Payment information: subscription payments are processed by our payment
processor (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full payment-card numbers.
2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use information to: operate and provide the Service (including placing and
managing trades you authorize); maintain security and prevent fraud; provide
support; process payments; comply with legal and regulatory obligations; keep
records of agreement acceptance; and communicate with you about the Service.
3. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We share information only as needed to run the Service:
(a) Service providers acting on our behalf — your brokerage (e.g., TastyTrade),
market-data providers (e.g., Polygon), payment processors (e.g., Stripe),
hosting/infrastructure (e.g., Heroku), and email providers.
(b) Legal & compliance — when required by law, regulation, subpoena, or to
protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Service.
(c) Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of
assets, subject to this Policy.
WE DO NOT SELL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.
4. BROKERAGE CREDENTIALS & SECURITY
Brokerage authorization credentials are encrypted at rest and used solely to
operate the trading features you enable. We use reasonable administrative,
technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. However, no method of
transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute
security.
5. DATA RETENTION
We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to
provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce
agreements. We may retain certain records (such as trade history and agreement-
acceptance logs) after account closure where required or for legitimate business
purposes.
6. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or
receive a copy of your personal information, and to limit certain processing.
(a) California residents (CCPA/CPRA): rights to know, delete, correct, and to
opt out of "sale"/"sharing" (we do not sell personal information), without
discrimination for exercising these rights.
(b) EEA/UK residents (GDPR/UK GDPR): rights of access, rectification, erasure,
restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a
complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. COOKIES & LOCAL STORAGE
The Service uses browser local storage and similar technologies for
authentication and to keep you signed in. We use Plausible Analytics to measure
aggregate usage of our website and application. Plausible does not use cookies,
does not collect personal data, and does not track you across other sites.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18. We do
not knowingly collect information from children.
9. INTERNATIONAL USERS
The Service is operated from the United States. If you use it from outside the
U.S., you consent to processing your information in the U.S., which may have
different data-protection laws than your jurisdiction.
10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be presented for your
acknowledgment; we track the version you accepted. Continued use after changes
take effect constitutes acceptance.
